Commercial Management Advisory for Infrastructure Projects

Gluck Advisory was founded in 2022 by Denys Schwartz with the mission of helping clients to better plan, transact and deliver significant infrastructure projects. 

Embedded in Gluck Advisory, Denys brings more than one decade of international experience within the sector, having extensive experience in the provision of procurement and transaction management, cost and financial control, risk management, and contract administration in a wide variety of contract styles (PPPs, D&C, EPC, Cost-plus-fee, Schedule of Rates, Incentivised target cost, and unsolicited proposals.). 

Apart from his engineering skills, Denys also holds qualifications in Project Management (Denys is a Certified Project Management Professional – PMP/PMI), in finance (post-graduate degree in Corporate Finance and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst), and numerous qualifications in project/infrastructure finance and commercial management.

His multidisciplinary background ensures a holistic approach to project issues and best value for money outcomes for his clients.
