Denys Schwartz is a civil engineer and infrastructure advisor with more than 15 years of international experience across major energy, transport and social infrastructure projects.
His experience spans project development, business cases, procurement strategy, PPPs, project finance interfaces, commercial management, delivery leadership, dispute resolution and project recovery.
Having worked across developer, owner, contractor and advisory environments, Denys brings a unique perspective on how projects move from concept and procurement through to successful delivery.
Our representative experience includes transmission infrastructure, power generation projects, PPPs, metro rail, airports, major transport infrastructure and social infrastructure developments internationally.
